  What a great place to be!!! I am doubly blessed by YogaVega! First, I get to start my mornings off as a staff member in child care, where I get to interact and play with the most awesome and adorable children. Second, YogaVega has a sincere, down-to-earth, fun and caring staff. I am surrounded by amazing women. The instructors have oodles of talent, not only in the physical form but in teaching, motivating, and inspiring. I'm a newbie in yoga, pilates, and barre, nearing the big 5 0, and feel beyond comfortable here as I nourish and strengthen my mind and body. I know that you will love it, too!
