  First 2 visits here were fine but expensive as most dentist visits are with sugar hungry kids. 3rd visit was today scheduled at 1:30 pm. We got there early to try and check in and staff was still out for lunch. As we wait we have 5 family's with at least 7 kids waiting in the lobby with the door locked and closed sign saying they will be back at 1:25. They finally show up after almost 15 min of waiting getting us back at 1:40. Now this wouldn't bother me but they blow up our email and phones with reminders and apparently they needed the reminding.
